the institutional or academic kind, not the kind practiced in Arkansas. 🙂 Does it matter if you do medical school, residency, and fellowship all at the same place? For future employment opportunities, will academics care more than private practice groups (or vice versa) that you have a couple of different institutions on your CV?

This issue may play a role in my rank list, so any insight into this question would be appreciated.
