my school's premed committee requires us to upload a resume.

Should I include some high school activities from 12th grade?

Activities in question:
1) 12th grade research: we worked with some instructors from my current undergrad institution on a research project. At the end of the year, everyone in the class "published" their own clone of an organism onto an online database
Should I include that I did this research because it somewhat connects to my current undergrad?

2) Recreational soccer league
In 11th and 12th grade,I played for a soccer rec league. Should I include this? Maybe under the activities section?
It is somewhat relevant because during my first 2 years of college, I serve as a coach for this same league.

I'd include your research if you have space.

I'd put coaching as an activity and just mention your prior involvement with it during HS as part of the description.

No. I don't care about what you did in kindergarten either.

Committee members tend to view this as sad.
HS activities that transition into adult contributions are usually listed as the latter.
The fact that one started an activity at an early age can be part of the application narrative.

my apologies; I have not properly clarified what this resume is for:

I am currently a 2nd year student interested in applying to a BA/MD program offered by my undergrad. Apps are due by the end of this upcoming semester.
The program does not specify whether they consider HS activities, so that is why I had this doubt of whether to include HS stuff

2) Out of curiosity, does the coaching work I do for soccer count as leadership?
