My name is Katti Severson and I will be a 3rd year next year. My roommate and I are looking for subleasers for our apartment. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, large living room, patio, and 2 pools. We are very close to grocery and other shopping as well as only 5 miles from the school at I-29 and North Oak Trafficway. The rent is $645 a month, but would give you the month of August FREE and would be willing to negotiate.
