Incorrect Parent Information

My mom attended school abroad but is a United States citizen and the US is her place of legal residency. I just now noticed that I accidentally put her home country as her place of residency on my AMCAS application and I have no way of changing it. Is this going to negatively affect me or is there any way to change it?
