Increase in Per Diem Psych ER rates?

All the hospitals in my area increased their Per Diem rates from 200 a hour days and 220-225 at night. Has anybody else noticed a change? Does this also mean locums will pay higher than this?

Great news seeing that I want to do psych ER work. Does this work typically have to be done at an academic center or would other ERs be able to employ a psychiatrist for this?
