Hey everyone. I've been doing Uworld for a couple of weeks, and in my score analysis it's showing that I'm really bad at pathophys (34%). The weird thing is both path and normal phys have more or less good scores (around 70%). Is there some resource that I can focus specifically on? I've done Pathoma and Crush Step 1, and currently focusing on Uworld and FA. Any suggestions on how to strengthen this area?

Well pathophys is the mechanism of disease i.e. ''How does each disease develop??'' What helped me is look at each disease's symptoms and understand exactly the mechanism of how they are produced and not just memorize them.. e.g. Why obesity causes increased risk of endometrial Ca/anovulation??
Extra fat --> More aromatase--> Persistently elevated estrone

Yeah, just look at the 64% of pathophysiology questions you are getting wrong on UWorld, the source is right in front of you. Look at the answers and figure out the gaps in your knowledge. Use World as more of a learning tool as opposed to an evaluation tool.
