Individualized Personal Statements?

Hey all! I'm about to apply to general dental residencies this upcoming cycle, and I've heard conflicting information about personal statements. Does the ADEA PASS application allow you to submit different personal statements for each program? Or does the same essay go to every program? And if the application portal does allow for multiple personal statements, should I change each essay to fit the program? Thanks!

Each program should have a place to upload your personal statement. I think if there is something that is unique about the program (I.e they treat special care patients just as an example) or you have visited the program, then I think it would be good. If not, then I don’t see a reason why you would do that. When I applied to residency, I only did that with the places I externed at because I actually knew the program.
