Hi guys,
I'm posting a question for a friend. My friend just completed a PGY1 hospital residency but has decided she's no longer interested in hospital practice or retail practice. She wants to go into industry. A couple months before residency ended she tried applying to some industry jobs but didn't get any interviews. She's looking to pursue a Masters at USC maybe in regulatory science on the weekends while working as a inpatient pharmacist during the weekdays. She wants to ask is this the only way or the fastest way to get into industry?
She's not interested in doing a fellowship. From USC's website it seems most ppl who complete the masters have been able to get an industry job.
