483 is like horrendous, why on earth would you try to retake the MCAT without HEAVY review?!?!?! Your GPA is also far too low for medical school so post bacc is going to be needed. Your MCAT score makes me think that you learned nothing in school, so maybe try to relearn all the material from every science course you've taken! Not trying to sound harsh, but you seriously shot yourself in the foot.
