The symptoms of infective endocarditis include many hemorrhagic signs such as osler's node, janeway lesion, roth's spot etc. what is the mechanism behind this?

Janeway lesions are septic emboli
Osler nodes are immune complex deposition
Roth looks like Koplic spots but on retina and caused by immune complex mediated vasculitis
