I recently sent my recommenders my resume/DAT scores, but some of my resume information has changed since then (hours of shadowing, etc.). Do I need to update them every time there is a change or do they have access to the information listed under "Professional Experience"?

Is it significant changes? I'm not even sure my LOR's (other than my dentist) knew my shadowing hours. They mostly knew my activities, work experience, and then had me in class - so I'm assuming those are the topics they touched on
