Information regarding okeson......

Hi,

I am so confused .....can anyone prove information on which
okeson book - ( Management of tmj and occlusion) to buy.
There are two books, one is in blue and other in Red cover and are 5th and 6th edition respectively.
One more thing, i saw price variation in Green color covered book...I really need help to choose the right one ... as have to appear for part1 soon.

both have same content.. only edition diff.... awesome book .... choose the cheaper one... must read first 6 chapters...

I got the okeson Red cover book. amazing book dont miss it.I bought used book for around $13...
