Institution evaluation time frame

Since I do not know what this involves, does anyone know how long in time or effort the institution evaluation takes to complete? I had a difficult time getting a school official completing it last year. I am trying to best determine how to have it completed ASAP this year since I have already submitted my PASS application. Thanks in advance for any input or ideas.

I don't know the exact answer, but I do know it's fairly simple. I don't believe they have to write anything other than some stats directly from your file. I asked an official to get it done for me and they reached out the right person and it was done within the day. I also know said person completed quite a few for other students, so it doesn't take long.

I think its different from school to school. check with your upperclassmen.

assuming a competent admin, a few days is likely okay. mine took about 3 days as well.

I thought he was asking how long it physically took the admins to fill out the form. OP should allow at the very least 5-7 days for them to "get around to it." I'd request it as early as possible.

This is the same as a letter from your dean. You want to give them plenty of notice (weeks) because they are writing one for anyone applying to any program (GPR, specialty) in your class. My dean wrote a specific letter for each student, it is not just checking boxes on a form.
