Hey so I had a few very atypical IA’s from 4-5 years ago and I’m going to be applying next year so I wanted about the level of severity of my situation and if anyone has any experience dealing with having to own up to dumb **** like this.

The first and most serious one was during my first year of college and I received a student conduct violation hearing for damaging a wall in my dorm. It was the result of being a complete idiot and goofing around (not under the influence of anything) and I was caught on camera by someone at the time of doing it. The second was due to leaving a friend who I signed into my dorm stay in my room while I left to go to class. The third was during my Sophomore year and it was from my suite-mate (not my roommate) leaving a mini fridge in their room which apparently was a prohibited item to have in a dorm at my school. I’m not even sure why I received the third one and what my school thought I could have done about it.

I feel so stupid typing these things out but I just wanted to see what people thought of the situation since the SMP i’m going to attend explicitly states that they reserve the right to revoke their guaranteed interview if a student has a record of institutional action.

No drugs involved? Check. No one was injured or killed? Check. You'll be fine, just explain everything when asked.

Citing students for such ridiculous nonsense which put nobody in danger in any way seems like a great way to hamper their alumni's future professional school prospects for no reason.

All of these citations are asinine, and will appear as such to anyone who makes a cursory examination of the details. Your SMP could technically revoke your interview over these IAs, but I cannot fathom that they actually would.
