I have some stupid housing violations on my confidential disciplinary report in our Dean of Student's office. However, it's not recorded on the my transcript. When applying, do prospective pharmacy schools ask your school to look at your disciplinary record, or since it is not in the transcript, they don't care about it? Just wondering...

If it doesn't show up on your transcript (check if it shows up on official ones if you have only seen your unofficial), it probably won't ever come to an admission committee's attention. I doubt they have the manpower/resources to do this kind of check with every single applicant

If it isn't on your transcript and won't show up on a background check, then you can choose whether you want the pharm school to know about it. I wouldn't tell them.

Keep it on the dl. If it comes up, you'll hear about it in your interview. Have a prepared answer ready, but dont bring it up. If they dont ask, dont tell.

what sort of background check do they do typically? just a state criminal one? or do they ask to see disciplinary reports from the school?

If it's not on your transcript, it never happened.

If it's not on your criminal record, it never happened.

Well...that means if you mention it, it's academic dishonesty

Wait....do pharmacy schools even look at anything besides your transcript and criminal history? And will such school disciplinary infarctions be found out during background checks?
