Hi all,
I am feeling pretty foolish as I just realized that I misunderstood what an "Institutional Action" is. I had a very minor conduct violation freshman year that did not result in any punishments. I escorted my intoxicated roommate back to the dorm room, yet I myself wasn't intoxicated but I got dinged for not calling an RA. Thinking that an IA meant any sort of conduct violation, I marked "Yes" on the AMCAS Institutional Action section and discussed my incident. Do you think that this will require further clarifications to medical school via an update or email? I neglected to mention in my IA description that there were no punishments, just a little charge on my record.
