Are there any solid video resources specifically for plastic surgery procedures? I've been watching youtube to prepare for my rotations. I don't really have any reference point to gauge the quality, so now I'm wondering if there are any better alternatives.

PSEN has a moderate amount of procedure videos. However, without being a plastic surgery resident you will have to pay for them. If you're a medical student and have a home program, you could ask one of the residents for his or her login info.
 
Thanks for the suggestion. I don't have a home program, but students can buy access for $25 via ASPS membership.
