Instructions for Professional Experience Not Working??

Is anyone else having this problem? It was like this for me yesterday and currently when I add on any sections from the Professional Experience and look at the instructions, all that comes up is a blank page from the ADEA website. All other parts I can view the instructions just fine. Weird...
