Hey guys--I'm scrubbing into a bunch of cataract surgeries tomorrow with my attending, and no resident, so I figure I should have some intelligent questions ready to ask..

Any ideas?

Ask if you can do the capsulorhexis.

Read about pseudoexfoliation syndrome, I was asked about it when we saw it few times.
Also depending on which type of astigmatism management they choose, ask why they chose that method over another one (limbal relaxing vs astigmatic keratotomy vs toric lens)
