This question is for fellow Walgreens pharmacists:

When we annotate prescriptions in intercom plus (i.e. nexium not covered and switch to omeprazole and we annotate the Rx in the computer), is that legally sufficient? Do we need to make an annotation on the hard script as well? I feel weird putting the sticker on the back of the RX that shows a different drug than what's on the prescription. same with undated prescriptions that some of the less qualified tech's scan in (easier to annotate then date and rescan)
