Interest in practicing in HK

I am finishing residency in the US, and was considering the option of practicing in HK (used to live there, and my parents are still there...and I have a permanent HK ID card). My field is in pain management. I was wondering if anyone could shed light on how it like to practice in HK (the malpractice environment, reimbersements...or is it fee-for-service?)...and how difficult it may be to obtain a HK license.
