Personally I would go with the fishing. Even as a hobby, how you have developed your skills from age 4 over time to not only enter competitive tournaments but use it as a way to feed the hungry is absolutely eye catching. I know nothing about it and would pepper you with questions out of curiosity. Since the rest of your leadership resume is solid, I think you do more with an interesting hobby than another leadership experience unless that experience is substantial (i.e. if you are that cheerleader whose court case ended up at the Supreme Court, yeah go with that.)
