Over at http://www.radiologyapplicant.com I found an interesting link to a website that talks about the logistics of getting into residency. They have some statistics about the numbers that applicants had getting into residency through 2001. I guess it was published in some journal, I will try to find the original reference and post it here if I can. As a 3rd going to be 4th year, this info looks to make my life much less stressful.
