OK, So I've got letters going to three schools, as well as other graduate schools. Can someone help me out with where to address all the letters of rec. to (interfolio, etc), or should I just give each person three or four pre-adressed envelopes?

Go to www.interfolio.com and create an account.

Then click on Create a Document and it will take you through the steps to have it set up to receive your individual letters. You will give a title to each letter (I used the last name of my letter writers) and then print out a form with a barcode for each letter. This form goes to the letter writers, and they will send one copy with the form to interfolio in one of three ways: electronically, through a fax, or regular mail. Make sure you stress to them that they must include the form with your letter of recommendation.

Once the person sends in your letter, you will get an email from Interfolio that tells you your document is available. When you need to send the letters to schools, just log onto Interfolio, select the letters you want to send, and then put the address in where you want to send them. They charge a few bucks (I think it's around five dollars) but it's so much easier than trying to have each letter writer send them to a million different addresses.

Hope that helps. 👍
