Interfolio and UDM

Has anyone had experience using Interfolio for LOR's sent to UDM? Seems they're more picky than other schools and I keep getting their answering machine when I call.

I would consider UDM administration as the most Lazy management. I empathize with Ms. La-Rose because she had unfortunate circumstances but rest of the crew seems Useless.

NYU has the most active administration and they are always available to answer any of your questions.

Hey,
I used interfolio when I sent all of my transcripts and LOR's to UDM along with every other school and UDM never seemed to have a problem with me sending them that way.
