Interfolio clarification

since diff schools have diff LOR requirements I think I may need to get >4 LORs and send diff LORs to diff schools, but AADSAS only lets us upload a max of 4 letters. So my question is, if we use INterfolio, do we have to send LORs to AADSAS to forward to schools or can we send them to schools directly?

Also, can someone who has used Interfolio just explain how the whole thing works? I looked at some old threads but I'm still confused about some things.

You can send them from Interfolio directly to the schools if you wish. I'm not sure if you could select which LOR's go to which school if you upload them to AADSAS, so that might be your best bet.

Interfolio is really simple. You create a document request which you can hand deliver or email to whoever you are asking for a LOR from. They can either upload the document electronically (with an assigned code that matches your account - created when you create a document request) or mail it to interfolio along with the document request form that you gave them.

Once interfolio has the document you can then select where it needs to be delivered and they will mail it out for you.
