Interfolio Confusion

So, all of my letters have been uploaded to Interfolio. I now got the matching forms on the portal. Do I need to fill out the evaluator info and/or have them sign the matching form before I upload it to Interfolio?

if you look at the matching forms, they don't ask for an evaluators signature anywhere, just their info.

I think you can even fill it out yourself, since it is just basic information.
