Interfolio delay LOEs?

I'm using Interfolio to send my letters of recommendation to AADSAS but now I'm confused about the whole process. Has anyone used Interfolio? It says it will take 7-10 days for AADSAS to process it after you upload the letters from Interfolio. So is it faster to just tell my writers to upload their letter directly to AADSAS or do you not think it should make much of a difference?

I called AADSAS and apparently it's faster to have your evaluators just submit it directly through AADSAS, which is kind of disappointing because I thought that was the whole point of Interfolio.
