Check with your school. Its likely that they use inter folio, for you. Thats what mine does...you just tell them what to send where

It is a nice thing to have if you want to be in charge of letters and how quickly they are sent out.

one example, I was given a secondary on a tuesday... I returned the secondary within the next hour with letters via interfolio.. I was invited for an interview 3 days later on that friday

my school operates an interfolio account for me. it's pretty convenient.
