Interfolio matching forms

Are matching forms required with interfoilo? If so how does that work, do the prof fill them out or what? I was just wondering because I'm about to start collecting LORs and was a bit confused about the matching forms. Thanks in advance.

yes it is required. I filled them up myself and upload it to my interfolio account then submit them with the letters to AADSAS.
