Why is it that some letters are listed as "Confidential Letter.." and others are just "Recommendation From..."? I waived my rights to all letters, so what's with the odd format?

The "Type" says confidential for all of them, so you're fine. Something might have happened to the name of the document when you originally inputted the info for the letters.
