Does anyone know what happens if Interfolio receives a letter from an evaluator without them acknowledging the "accept" or "decline" link in the requesting email? I have a writer that did this, but told me when he mailed the letters off.

If he mailed his letters, you should've given him the letter request from interfolio to include with the letter so they know where to file it. There is no accept/decline option if you opt for the paper mail option.

Are you saying you chose the email option; however, your writer letter mailed it?
