Interfolio- which option to get

I'm planning to start asking for LORs soon but want to get an interfolio account set up first. I plan to apply to a SMP this summer, and then medical schools the year after. Seems like their 3-year option should work for me, but does anyone think it could be worthwhile to go with the 5-yr option? Could interfolio be useful when gathering LORs for residency, etc.?

If the 5 yr is a good deal, go ahead and do it. you never know if you'll need the lors for one extra cycle and its beyond worth it to have them.
