I was wondering if anyone else's letters of rec from Interfolio were taking a long time to be uploaded to AADSAS. I sent mine on June 3rd and they are still not in...is this normal? I thought I saw where people who submitted theirs after me were getting them uploaded quickly...just want to make sure mine didn't get lost or something.

I'd start by calling Interfolio and asking what date they were actually sent out.

Same here, sent on June 3rd and they're still not in. Not sure at what point to resubmit them...

Yeah, this does seem like a pretty long time. I might call AADSAS, too, just to have them check.

I also called them and they said it can take this long but didn't really have anything else to tell me...not sure if I should just have them resubmitted

I submitted mine June 3rd as well and it's still not up. I called Interfolio last week and they said to re-send it again. Ugh.

Also, make sure you've followed all of the directions before resubmitting... it never hurts to check back over. 🙂

Just wanted to let you all know that mine were finally completed a little bit ago, so hopefully if you sent yours on June 3rd yours will be completed soon, too!

I just followed the instructions to the letter on their FAQs page for AADSAS. Mine were submitted/transmitted on 6/13 and at a status of "Completed" in AADSAS today (6/17). Four days including the weekend is super fast! I wasn't expecting that at all.

Also, I did have mine resent from Interfolio today, so I doubt that they were completed that fast but you might want to have yours resubmitted just in case? I called Interfolio and they credited my account for a free delivery, I'm sure they would do the same for you!

I called Interfolio last Friday and they told me to resend it and I did. It was free the second time apparently. Maybe I need to speak with Interfolio again and have them do something about it this time. =\
