Intern license question

I go to school in PA-erie. For the NY intern license it says you can't apply until you're done with your first professional year of pharmacy school. I'm at a 3 year accelerated program and our first year classes end April 27th, but the last block for first year are our IPPE rotations. If our first year classes end April 27th and 1st block of IPPE starts May 14th, is it possible to get a NY intern license?

There's only 2 weeks in between the time classes end and IPPE block 1 starts for our 1st year ...
