I recently bought Washington Manual for internal medicine for my pocket pc. Before I open it and install it, do any of you have any suggestions about something that might be better? I saw there is a Ferri's Manual that looked really good because it had treatment algorithms within it. I also saw Harrison's and had trouble deciding between the two.

My current arrangement is diagnosaurus crosslinked with 5 minute clinical consult (which is OKAY, not great, today I tied looking up sclerosing cholangitis and it brought up the record on Chrohn's disease only), and I also have the epocrates free version.

Peace!
