I'm taking the Medicine shelf in a couple of days. I want to focus on going back and reviewing high yield topics in the upcoming days. I'm using Step Up to Medicine. What topics would you say are especially high yield, and which are not (for example, Ambulatory Medicine? Neurology? Fluids, Electrolytes?) Thank you for any advice you can provide.

Cardiology and FEN were heavily represented on my exam. There was also a fair amount of ambulatory (DM, smoking, etc.). I also had a lot of anemia and asthma. MKSAP was the best resource as well as Step Up. Really, I would stress knowing electrolytes and fluids as well as possible because those seem interlinked to everything.
