I've been trying to save money by looking for my textbooks on Amazon and eBay. I see a lot of these "international edition" textbooks which are pretty much the same as the US versions except no color pictures. Have any of you used one of these? What did you think of them? (I'm taking O-chem I and microbiology in the fall, if that makes a difference.)

I've used the Int'l edition for my 2nd semester calculus book from amazon. I saw no difference--except being cheaper money-wise! Just be sure to check that you're gett'n the right edition. But I have had some friends who bought Int'l books where the answer keys weren't the right ones for that book. So, Buyer Beware is my best advice.
