International Phone #s for AMCAS?

A few of my references are located outside the U.S and gave me their international number to list instead of an email. AMCAS seems to be formatted only for U.S numbers, preventing me from listing their numbers. Should I even bother contacting AMCAS about this or should I just get email information from my references?

Some entries allow me to write full phone numbers without any forced formatting. I put a note in the description providing the full phone number for the activity I can't write the whole number.

I used the country code and was able to fit in foreign numbers. Use the number that one would need to input calling from the US. Obviously, most people will probably choose to contact by email as opposed to phone so have an updated email address for all your contacts.
