Does anybody have any comments on pursuing an international retina fellowship after graduating from a top 10 United States residency? Does this limit future opportunities? I would think that this would be OK if the program is well established (e.g. Moorfields, Vancouver, etc.). Any other suggestions of reputable international fellowships would be appreciated, as would any information on how difficult it is to obtain one of these fellowships.
