International student need help with prerequisites

Hi friends,
I have completed my bachelor of pharmacy in foreign country. right now I am in USA .First, can anybody give me the list of colleges which accept foreign course work for prerequisite?
My other question is, if I would take pre requisites from community college how would I know that my class is equivalent to pharmacy school’s prerequisites?

Calculus: Analytic Geometry and Calculus I is fine?

Physics: there are two different levels in general college physics.. which should I take?

General biology: whether it is a) principle of biology, b)fundamental of biological science c)introduction to human physiology


General chemistry: a) introduction to general chemistry b)general college chemistry 1
c) general college chemistry 2


and what about electives? please give me the detail

I am really confuse with all these stuffs and I have no idea about US education system so friend please hel me in selecting the prerequisites and give me additional information about colleges which accept foreign course work for pre requisites I have WES evaluation with me.

I think a lot of schools accept foreign course work but you should look up each individual school you're interested in. You can use pharmcas.org search each school to see if they accept WES. As for basic pre-reqs you would be fine taking classes above: calc I, maybe take all 3 bios and gen college chemistry 1 and 2. I suggest you ask your college advisor if those classes are comparable to university's level.

i went through pharmcas websites there are some colleges that say that they accept foreign course work but when i emailed them they said ..no.
so can you please give me names of 5-6 pharmacy schools which accept foreign course work...please tell me if you have any idea.

jrx, Can you share which schools do not accept foreign coursework from your experience after e-mail them? From my experience Lecom do not accept them even though they said they do.

well, i have international BS degree, not USA one.. Pharmcas doesn't allow me to write down my foreign course works ...
you better contact school individually.. if they said ok, don't forget you need to send evaluated transcript to school..
they also let you know which evaluation institutes are available..

hey jrx.. i hav done my bachelors from india. and wil get it in may... i got admitted intoi USN after attending an interview there in jan,,,,

they do accept foreign course work and i hav to take jus 3 pre reqs in the summer which i didnt have in my bachelors...

Calculus I , Eng comp I and public speaking
