Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about doing a rotating internship at any of the maine sites ( I believe there are 4 of them). Has anyone heard anything about them? Cush? Killer? Nice place to do internship for a year? Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

Maine Medical Center is a great place to work. There are many, many DOs there and UNE has a third year IM, FP, Psychiatry, and OB rotation there. Great place to work IMO. I did my IM, Psych and OB rotation there my third year.

Bump - hi all, I'm an exiled Mainer looking for a way to do an away rotation somewhere in the state, preferably near home. Does anyone know about *any* rotations they are conducted in Maine, open to visiting students? I would prefer a 4-week family or rural, but am open to *anything*. Thanks!

4th year visiting rotations... anything will work. Maine Med is a little more particular with what you have to have for prereqs, just start calling other hospitals pretty much all the big ones should be able to allow you to come. CMMC, EMMC, SMMC, St. Mary's in Lewiston, Maine Gen in Augusta, etc...
