Internship or classes to boost GPA

I am a final year student with biology major. My GPA is 3.5 I have a choice of doing 3 month summer internship in a large Bio Tech company in research deparment or take classes in community college to boost my GPA.
I need advice which option to pick.
I will be taking my MCAT in Jan 2011 and apply in MD schools.
