Just out of curiosity. What is your biweekly NET salary during internship (i.e. what is your take home every two weeks)? This should be an interesting poll if many people answer. This is an anonymous poll.

I doubt this will give you any useful info. A resident's NET pay is influenced by so many individual factors like how they set up their IRA/401K/403b, witholding, direct payments for insurance and so on. You'd get more if you ask for gross. If you're trying to figure out cost of living differences check out one of the cost of living comparison tools on the web.

paychex.com has a calculator that allows you to see what your take home will be for a given gross salary, in a given area.

Agreed.

My take home is significantly different than a few other people in my internship class who are married, live in a different county and have kids.

But I answered above anyway.
