I'm looking for paid pre-doctoral internships in the Massachusetts/Rhode Island area and was hoping that someone could help me out. I'm currently enrolled in a School Psychology PhD program and was wondering if anyone has information on internships within the school systems or ones specific to School Psychology?

Good luck..........I hear that Boston schools do not pay for internships. Havne't heard anything about Rhode Island or outside of Boston itself.

Have you joined the "school psychology jobs" group listserve on Yahoo Groups? A guy (Ron Benner - NASP treasurer, I believe) runs it, and regularly posts internship and job openings throughout the country.

Franciscian Hospital hires school psychs I hear, if you have some more clinical training experiences. The internships there can have some school components, from what there website says. Franciscian is an APA internship, though (it sounds like you are primarily interested in working in the schools).
