How do i actually use interfolio. My letters have been uploaded already by my pre health committee? Every time i hit start delivery they say they cant find the school so it prompts me to self enter the address. So do i just look up the address from the CIB and enter that? There's like 20 schools i applied to so I just want to be sure im not doing it wrong.

Sorry to hi-jack your thread, but I also had an interfolio question. Where do I enter my AACOMAS ID?

nvm..i just figured it out... when you are ready to send the school the letter they have an option asking if you would like to add an ID.

Even though i already paid $19 i had to pay $6 for each school however

Can we send the letters to all the schools at once or do i have to do it one school at a time and charge my credit card on 20 different occasions.

You should be able to enter them all and then click "send" or something like that all at once. I think it's just once charge.

It was a while ago when I did it so I don't remember the page layout / button specifics.

Tons of funny typos in here the past day or two! "interolio" made me lol.

They charge once for each different recipient/address. So $6 charge per school.

If you can't find the school, just enter the address, email, phone # yourself. It's actually better this way since you could make sure the address is correct yourself as opposed to the automatically loaded address.

Enter your application/letter ID in later steps of delivery process before hitting "submit."

If you did it wrong, you have 10 min or less to click "cancel" delivery without being charged.

I think I register for the long-term account with a few free deliveries, as opposed to the 1-year account with no free delivery, since they charge $6 per delivery and the math works out about the same.

Does anyone know if we were suppose to send out our lors to all the schools we applied to before receiving the secondary? I emailed one of the new schools because i coundn't find them on interfolio and thy said,

" letters of recommendation are not required until your ACCOMAS application has been reviewed by our Admissions Committee and you are invited to submit a supplemental application. "

I hope its not a bad thing to already have my letters sent to the schools the second day after submitting my primary.

It is only bad if they haven't pulled up your primary app and created a file for your application in the office, ie, they don't know where to place your letters.
But if they are organized enough to retain your letters and match those to your file then that's ok.

Also they may screen you out based on your GPA and MCAT on your primary app, so they don't offer your a secondary app or even bother looking at your letters.

since you already sent the letters, there's nothing you can do at this point except to maybe check with them if they have your letters when you receive your secondary app invite. Usually schools want to make money so most always send you the secondary app invite. So don't worry at this point.
