Has anyone used this? How is your experience? Can they deny our application if we meet all the criteria? If they deny it, are they going to report it to NPDB or we need to disclose it in future credentialing? I noticed that it does not ask anything about occupation history, history of investigation, history of privilege restriction etc. Could it misrepresent during our license application?

I have several licenses through the IMLC. It’s legit, it’s fast, and it’s way less of a pain in the ass than getting licensed through each state. If you meet the criteria, things should generally go through *IMLC* without a hassle, but note that several states have supplemental paperwork you have to fill out separately after the IMLC designation happens and they can then delay a license seeking more information if you have “red flags” on your record (sounds like you have red flags on your record?)

But I have no red flags/issues with my employment history, background check, licensure etc and the process was very smooth.
