Step II Interval until Score reporting???

I need to figure out when to send out my SF Match application based on the likelihood that I will receive my step 2 ck scores in time or not..i am looking for any advice from people who took the test around my test date (Monday 7/16/12) or maybe the week or two prior?

What is the likelihood I will get my score within 3 weeks? aka 8/8? or at least by 8/17? If I delay past that i will likely not be in the first "download" of applications which can make a difference with SF match because it is a bit different than ERAS...

It was three for me, but honestly given the stakes I would take it at least five weeks in advance if it were me.
