Hello Program Directors:
I believe I saw some posts by program directors (Hopkins (Scott Mittman), Penn State)...
I wanted to ask anyone who is farmiliar with residency interviews this (I hope the program directors will weigh in)~
It seems that at the end of each interview session applicants are
scored/ranked, and that is the basis of much decision making.
What qualities are being sought during these 20min interviews? I
know we are being scored, but how? What should applicants and
interviewers take from the 20min experience? Any advice?
