So a lot the med schools seem to favor their own in-state applicants over out-of-state. One question that I know a lot of interviewers ask is "What is your future goal?" Well my future goal as a doctor is work in a different country(third-world country), I wanted to know if that would hurt my interview since I probably won't be staying in that particular state, let alone, USA. What are your thoughts on this?

I think it's okay to mention that you're interested in it but the goal of US MD programs is to train US doctors, so I wouldn't emphasize that. If you find one of that school's physicians who does overseas work, you could even mention that.
